Job description & requirements

Officer – Dry Powder Filling (Production, Injectable)

Department: Production (Injectable)

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad

Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform aseptic dry powder filling operations for injectables

- Operate, set up & monitor powder filling machines

- Ensure line clearance, cleaning & sanitization of equipment

- Follow SOPs, BMR/BPR, GMP & data integrity norms

- Maintain batch records, equipment logs & checklists

- Execute aseptic gowning & cleanroom discipline (Grade A/B)

- Support media fill (APS), validation & qualification activities

- Identify/report deviations; assist in investigations & CAPA

- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering & Warehouse teams

- Train/guide officers & new joiners (Executive level)

- Ensure compliance with USFDA, EU GMP & regulatory standards

- Maintain safety & contamination control practices
