Associate Director - Tradition Trade (Nutrition Business)


Experience and Qualifications required for the position of NSM: Min. 10 years of experience in Sales (Pharma or FMCG), of which at least 3 years at the Zonal level and currently at a Pan India Level. Graduate with a minimum qualification, with an additional Management qualification preferred.

CTC : 1 Cr+

Job Responsibilities

1) To achieve the pre-defined primary sales targets for the regions covered by Trade Business.

1. Deployment of the right people at the right place. Regularly review the team and improve efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Understand the campaigns from each Division and convert them into action for the team.

3. On-the-job training of the team to improve productivity and make them future-fit

2) Strong implementation of the sales process

1. Ensure the order collection of the stockist as per the Regulated Supply Schedule ​​

2. All orders collected are to be uploaded in time and communicated to all concerned

3. Developing the team in taking the orders in a scientific way

4. Ensuring strict implementation of all the processes of order taking and reporting .

3) Maintaining strong Hygiene in Financial parameters

1. To maintain receivables under predefined parameters

2. To ensure there is no write-off

3. Frequently monitor the creditworthiness of Distributors and take appropriate corrective action

4. Strict control over the expenses incurred by the team, to remain within the allocated budget

​4) Develop rapport with key Distributors and members of the Trade Association

1. Identify key Distributors in important markets and develop rapport with them. Develop rapport with key members of the State and All India Trade Association. With the increased rapport, look out for additional avenues for generating business, like Retail chains, etc.
