About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to drive corporate hiring strategies, manage high-volume and niche hiring needs, and build a strong talent pipeline. This role will focus on attracting and hiring top talent across levels while leading and mentoring a recruitment team to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals for domestic operations.
Leadership Hiring: Lead recruitment for mid to senior-level leadership roles across corporate and plant functions.
Team Management: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 6–7 recruiters, ensuring delivery on 50–60 open positions at any given time.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, department heads, and HRBPs to understand workforce planning and critical hiring requirements.
Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the pharma/manufacturing industry.
Process Excellence: Build efficient recruitment processes, including candidate assessment, onboarding experience, and ATS utilization.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring practices.
Vendor Management: Manage recruitment partners, job portals, and external consultants to optimize sourcing.
Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs (TAT, quality of hire, source mix, cost per hire) and present MIS reports to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition across mid to senior levels.
Proven experience in pharma, FMCG, or large-scale manufacturing industries.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring along with niche roles.
Strong leadership skills with prior experience handling a team of recruiters.
Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, employer branding, and ATS tools.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data-driven decision-making.
