Role Overview:
Overall P&L and operational leadership of a world-class, multi-dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Drive regulatory excellence, productivity, cost efficiency, and people leadership in a high-volume, globally regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end plant leadership across manufacturing, QA, QC, Engineering, EHS & Supply Chain
Ensure sustained compliance with USFDA, MHRA, TGA and global regulatory standards
Lead large workforce (~2,500) with strong governance and performance culture
Drive productivity, capacity utilization, OEE, and cost optimization initiatives
Oversee scale-up, tech transfer, new launches & continuous improvement programs
Lead global regulatory audits and customer inspections successfully
Strategic stakeholder management with Corporate, R&D, and Global Operations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven Plant Head / Site Head experience in high-volume pharma manufacturing
Strong exposure to US & EU regulatory audits
Track record of managing complex, multi-dosage operations at scale
Strategic mindset with hands-on operational leadership
