We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software's such as QuickBooks, Paycom, Microsoft Excel and experience in managing timesheets. He/she will work closely with the us to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and efficient processing of transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and distribute employee payroll through Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee timesheets, ensuring accurate recording of hours worked.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and employees regarding financial transactions and accounts.
- Assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and explanations as needed.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous 2-3 years' experience as an Accounts executive or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Paycom.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with timesheet management systems is a plus.
