CTC - Upto 05.50 LPA
Job description
Operate granulation equipment such as:
o Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
o Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
o Multi Mill
o Sifter
o Vibro Sifter
o High Shear Mixer (if applicable)
Ensure correct batch processing according to Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
* Accurately weigh and charge raw materials into the equipment per batch requirements.
* Monitor and document critical process parameters (CPPs)such as mixing time, drying time, inlet/outlet temperatures, etc.
* Perform in-process checks such as Loss on Drying (LOD), granule particle size, etc., as required.
* Clean and maintain equipment and working area as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
* Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements
