Job Title: Sr. Manager Operations & HRBP
Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
About the Role:
The Sr. Manager – HRBP & Operations will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while driving operational excellence across HR functions. This role requires a strong blend of business partnering, HR operations, and data-driven decision-making using Power BI to enhance workforce effectiveness, productivity, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters and business decisions.
2. HR Operations Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and exit processes.
- Ensure process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across HR functions.
- Manage HRMS platforms (e.g., KEKA) to optimize operational efficiency.
3. HR Analytics & Power BI
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, productivity, and engagement.
- Analyze workforce data to generate actionable insights for leadership.
- Drive data-backed decision-making and predictive analytics for talent management.
4. Talent Management & Engagement
- Lead performance management, career development, and succession planning processes.
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Identify capability gaps and collaborate on L&D initiatives.
5. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Support compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, and incentive programs.
- Ensure benefits programs are competitive and aligned with business needs.
7. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams.
8. Change Management
- Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
- Support business transformation projects through effective communication and execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in HRBP and HR Operations roles.
- Strong expertise in HR Analytics and Power BI dashboarding.
- Experience working with HRMS tools (e.g., KEKA).
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) will be an added advantage.
