Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing – Sterile / Injectables
Experience: Minimum 5 years at managerial level in a manufacturing industry with ERP setup and management experience
Qualification: MCA / B.E. in Computer Science
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives, operational requirements, and business continuity plans.
ERP Management: Oversee ERP systems, system enhancements, user support, reporting tools, and integration with manufacturing and business functions.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Ensure information security, access controls, data protection, backup management, and disaster recovery preparedness.
IT Infrastructure: Manage IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and related technology systems to ensure reliable operations.
System Upgradation: Lead technology upgrades, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain system reliability, data integrity, and applicable IT compliance requirements in coordination with relevant departments.
Vendor Management: Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and service-level performance.
Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and monitor IT budgets, optimize technology expenditure, and ensure effective resource utilization.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with ERP users, Finance, Production, QA, and other departments to address business and system requirements.
Team Leadership: Guide IT personnel, coordinate technical support, and ensure timely resolution of critical IT issues.
