Job Title: Sr. Manager / AGM – Production Operations (OSD)
Location: Vapi
Plant Turnover: ₹350 Cr
Plant Capacity: 250 Cr Tablets / Month
Regulatory Status: EU-GMP Approved
Business Mix: 60% Domestic | 40% Export

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end OSD production operations ensuring smooth batch execution and adherence to quality standards.

• Oversee production planning, scheduling, resource allocation and manpower management for optimum output.

• Ensure strict compliance with EU-GMP and regulatory guidelines for domestic and international markets.

• Monitor daily production activities, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Engineering, Supply Chain) to ensure operational excellence.

• Ensure timely documentation, SOP compliance, batch record review and audit readiness.

• Drive productivity enhancement, cost control, and adherence to safety practices within the plant.

• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to meet performance targets.

Requirements:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc with 10–18 years of experience in OSD Production.

• Proven experience in handling high-volume OSD operations.

• Strong knowledge of EU-GMP requirements, regulatory exposure, and audit handling.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

• Experience in managing medium to large-scale manufacturing plants preferred.
