Role Purpose: Lead international business growth for OSD formulations across Africa through strategic marketing leadership, compliance excellence, and sustainable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic market development in Africa with focus on OSD formulations.
- Engage with distributors, partners, and regulatory authorities at senior levels.
- Lead brand positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities tailored to African markets.
- Ensure adherence to international pharma guidelines and documentation standards.
- Identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand business footprint.
- Achieve aggressive sales targets across assigned African geographies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, and QA for smooth operations.
