🎓 Qualification: MBA
🧪 Experience: Minimum 12 Years (Including 6+ Years in LATAM Market)
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and market expansion in LATAM region
- Manage key client relationships and distribution partners
- Handle product registrations, launches & lifecycle management
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain & Manufacturing teams
- Develop market strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts, pricing & commercial terms
- Monitor market trends, competition & regulatory updates
💡 Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in LATAM pharmaceutical markets
- Exposure to formulation business (OSD / Injectables / etc.)
- Proven track record in international business development
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks in LATAM
