
Regional Sales Training & Development Manager (Female Candidates)
Education & Experience
* Graduate in Science (Mandatory) from a recognized university
* 03–05 years as First Line Manager (FLM) and minimum 2+ years as Training Manager (for external candidates)
* Certification/degree in training/coaching desirable
Travel: 10–15 days/month
Industry: Any Manufacturing Industry (Sales background is must)
Key Responsibilities
a) Training Need Identification – Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge & skill gaps
b) Planning – Calendarize & plan pre, during & post training activities in line with divisional priorities
c) Execution – Conduct training programs, assessments, coaching, TBM induction, certifications & cycle meeting interventions
d) Admin & Reporting – Maintain training records, timely reporting with insights & direction to stakeholders
e) Content Creation – Develop & update training content for face‑to‑face, virtual & e‑learning modules
f) Impact Assessment – Apply evaluation models, review outcomes & enhance training effectiveness
g) Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with NSTDMs, managers, marketing, SFE, HR; act as strategic partner for regional initiatives
h) Self‑Capability & Technology – Build delivery & content skills, leverage LMS, blended learning, MS Office tools, mobile/virtual platforms
i) Financial Management – Optimize costs for travel, sessions & materials without compromising efficiency
