Operator - Capsule Filling - Production (DP)
About the Job
Job Role :
* Follow the systems, procedures and practices for Formulation operations and execution of Production Plan.
* Perform the Production activity as per the respective Batch Records/ Validation Protocols.
* Shall able to operate capsule filling machine Bosch, AF 90T etc. and AF150T.
* Shall able to handle check weighing process.
* Work in shifts and carry out the job responsibilities time to time as per the instructions of superior/s.
* Performs duties viz., Executing batches in shifts.
* Carry out in process checks during production operations as per the respective SOP and Batch Records.
* Reports any deviation, non-compliance to immediate Supervisor/ Executive.
* Maintain good housekeeping inside and around the production facilities and maintain good hygiene practices.
* Operation and Cleaning of the equipments and production areas as per the respective standard operating procedures.
* To carry out installation and operational, process qualifications of the manufacturing equipment in coordination with the Validation team and Supplier of the equipment.
* Perform the any suitable job given to you by immediate supervisor / Executive.
* Maintaining and up keeping the area as per the cGMP and Regulatory requirements.
* To ensure data integrity compliance.
* To maintain personnel hygiene and health conditions as per SOP.
* Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Validation protocols and batch records for Formulation manufacturing.
* Carry out all on-line entries in the Batch records and Equipment's log books.
* To ensure completion of training allocated within stipulated time.
