Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle investigation of deviations and market complaints.
- Support review, approval, and closure of CAPA with effectiveness checks.
- Assist in review and approval of change controls and risk assessments.
- Coordinate documentation activities related to product recall procedures.
- Support preparation and coordination of Field Alert Reports (FAR) for the USA market.
- Notify customers regarding major quality events as per Quality Technical Agreement (QTA).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain QMS documentation and records as per company procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspection readiness activities.
