Manager / Senior Manager – Stores / Warehouse (API)
Department: Stores (RM / PM / FG / Engineering)
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience: 15–20 Years in API Pharma Industry (SAP knowledge is must)
Age: Up to 45 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage raw material, packing material, finished goods, and engineering stores/warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory bodies (GST / Excise / NDPS) by maintaining statutory books, records, and reports.
- Oversee timely dispatches with proper documentation.
- Handle day‑to‑day requirements for GST, excise, and customs offices.
- Impart job‑related training to subordinates and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Production, QC/QA, Administration, and Security departments.
- Manage manpower effectively.
- Liaise with transporters for dispatches.
- Ensure strict compliance and operational control in handling controlled substances (including narcotics), with proven exposure to NDPS regulatory requirements
