Multi-Team Leadership: Experience managing diverse teams across functions and geographies.
Regulated Market Expertise: Deep understanding of US/EU regulatory requirements and submission processes.
505(b)(2) Experience: Proven track record in developing and filing products under the 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway.
Dosage Form Expertise: Hands-on experience in ophthalmic, injectable, and sterile formulations.
Tech Transfer Management: Led successful technology transfers from R&D to manufacturing plants.
Plant Interaction: Regular travel to manufacturing sites for trials, troubleshooting, and scale-up.
Communication Skills: Strong presentation abilities and excellent written/spoken English.
People Skills: Effective team builder with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
