Role Purpose
To ensure robust QA compliance systems across the site by implementing and monitoring quality systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintaining continuous inspection readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of site quality systems in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and review Deviations, CAPA, and Change Control processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with cGMP, ICH, and global regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal audits and prepare the site for regulatory inspections.
- Ensure effective audit readiness for regulatory bodies and customers.
- Monitor APQR / PQR activities and ensure timely review.
- Collaborate with Production, QC, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to maintain compliance.
- Lead investigation of quality events and compliance gaps.
- Ensure continuous process improvement and quality culture across the organization.
