Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while aligning with organizational goals.

Preferred : Male / Female both

Note : He / She has to visit plant twice in a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.

• Source high-quality candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and consultancy networks.

• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual).

• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and functional heads.

• Manage end-to-end candidate engagement, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports for transparency and efficiency.

• Negotiate compensation packages in line with budgeted CTC and industry benchmarks.

• Support pre-boarding and onboarding processes in collaboration with HR operations.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best hiring practices.

• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future organizational needs.

• Drive employer branding initiatives, including campus recruitment programs.

• Design and manage employee referral programs.

• Handle senior-level and confidential hiring assignments with discretion.

• Analyze recruitment data to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Continuously enhance the candidate experience through structured feedback and engagement.
