Position: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – IPR (API – Small Peptide)
Department: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Experience: 3 to 7 Years (API R&D – IPR)
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry)—Mandatory
Job Description:
Conduct patent searches (prior art, FTO, invalidity, patent landscape).
Draft and review patent applications and responses.
Evaluate competitor patents and provide IP risk assessment.
Coordinate with R&D for patent strategy in peptide APIs.
Maintain IP database and ensure regulatory/IP compliance.
