Executive - Quality Control (OSD)
About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine and non-routine analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) in compliance with GMP and pharmacopeial standards (IP/BP/USP/EP).
* Labware LIMS Management:
* Oversee the usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Labware LIMS for data acquisition, sample tracking, and reporting.
* Ensure timely entry and verification of all analytical data into the LIMS.
* Liaise with IT and LIMS admin for system updates, user access, and issue resolution.
* Operate and calibrate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and dissolution apparatus.
* Execute instrumental and wet chemistry analysis, interpret results, and prepare reports.
* Use LIMS (LabWare) for sample login, data entry, result review, and COA generation.
* Ensure proper documentation in logbooks, worksheets, and electronic systems as per ALCOA+ principles.
* Review analytical data and ensure compliance with standard specifications and procedures.
* Coordinate with QA, Production, and Warehouse for timely release of materials and products.
* Conduct and support method validation, method transfer, and instrument qualification as per regulatory standards.
* Assist in OOS/OOT investigations, deviations, and implementation of corrective actions.
* Comply with all GMP, GLP, and safety requirements in the QC laboratory.
