Executive – QA QMS (Injectable)
Department: Quality Assurance – QMS
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently handle investigations related to deviations and market complaints.
- Review, approve, and monitor CAPA implementation along with effectiveness verification.
- Review and approve change controls, risk assessments, and associated documentation.
- Coordinate product recall activities as per regulatory requirements and SOPs.
- Prepare and coordinate Field Alert Reports (FAR) for regulated markets including the USA.
- Notify customers regarding critical quality events as per QTA requirements.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines, data integrity, and regulatory expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for closure of quality system activities.
- Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure timely closure of QMS records and maintain compliance metrics.
