Executive (E2) – QA IPQA (Injectable)
Department: Quality Assurance – IPQA
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle IPQA activities for Injectable manufacturing and packing operations.
- Perform and supervise in-process checks during dispensing, compounding, filling, and packing stages.
- Review Batch Manufacturing and Packing Records (BMR/BPR).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify GMP gaps, deviations, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Perform line clearance and monitor production activities.
- Coordinate in-process sampling and verification activities.
- Review equipment logbooks, cleaning records, and area documentation.
- Participate in process validation, media fill validation, and cleaning validation activities.
- Conduct qualification of visual inspectors and monitor AQL inspection processes.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and QC departments for compliance activities.
