Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Creative Production Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone from a digital advertising, content, or social media background who can understand requirements, contribute to creative ideation, and ensure smooth execution.

You will work closely with internal teams to translate ideas into high-quality content and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Brief Understanding & Ideation

• Understand internal briefs, brand tonality, and campaign objectives
• Translate requirements into clear content ideas and concepts
• Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation discussions

Creative & Team Coordination

• Work closely with creative, content, and post-production teams
• Act as a bridge between teams to ensure clarity and alignment
• Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of content projects

Project Management

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple ongoing projects
• Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Identify potential issues and proactively resolve them

Execution & Production Support

• Coordinate with teams to bring ideas to life
• Ensure output aligns with the brief and creative direction
• Assist in managing workflows for efficient execution

Delivery & Quality Control

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
• Manage feedback loops and revisions efficiently
• Maintain proper organization of project files and assets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in a digital agency, content studio, or advertising environment
• Background in content, social media, digital marketing, or coordination roles
• Strong understanding of digital content and social media platforms
• Basic understanding of content production workflows
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects is a plus
