Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) / VP – Operations
Industry: Generic API & Intermediates (2 Units)
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.E. (Chemical)
Experience: 18+ Years in API / Intermediates Manufacturing Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS & Projects across 2 API & Intermediates units.
Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (USFDA, EDQM, Korea, UK MHRA).
Drive productivity, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
Oversee a workforce of 800+ employees, ensuring strong people and performance management.
Manage business operations with a turnover of ₹250 Cr (API) & ₹80 Cr (Intermediates).
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and sustainability.
Desired Profile:
Proven leadership in large-scale API/Intermediates operations.
Strong knowledge of regulatory audits, plant expansion & project management.
Strategic thinker with excellent team management and decision-making skills.
