🔧 Job Summary
Responsible for tablet compression activities, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to production targets.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Operate Cadmach Compression Machines (27/35/45 station rotary tooling)
- Perform punch & die setting, machine adjustments, and changeovers
- Conduct in-process checks (weight, hardness, thickness, friability)
- Ensure machine cleaning and line clearance
- Maintain batch records and production logs
- Troubleshoot machine-related issues
- Follow cGMP and safety compliance
