Job Description:

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the organization's people strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with the CEO, Board of Directors, and leadership team on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive culture transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Lead HR digital transformation and adoption of HR technology platforms.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Oversee statutory compliance related to Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefits, Payment of Wages, and other applicable legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, corporate governance, and listed company requirements related to HR disclosures and board reporting.
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with legal teams, auditors, regulators, and external consultants.
Labour Law & Employee Relations
  • Manage industrial relations and employee relations matters.
  • Provide strategic guidance on labour law interpretations and employment-related legal issues.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, investigations, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
  • Develop frameworks to minimize legal and employee-relations risks.
POSH & Ethics
  • Ensure full compliance with the provisions of the POSH Act.
  • Guide and support the Internal Committee (IC) in handling complaints and investigations.
  • Drive awareness programs, employee sensitization, and mandatory compliance training.
  • Establish ethical workplace practices and governance standards.
HR Policies & Process Excellence
  • Design, review, and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure policy alignment with evolving legal and business requirements.
  • Establish best practices across performance management, rewards, employee lifecycle, and talent management processes.
  • Drive HR process standardization and automation.
Talent Management
  • Lead leadership hiring, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Build robust performance management and competency frameworks.
  • Develop retention strategies for critical talent.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy.
Technology & HR Transformation
  • Drive implementation and optimization of HRMS, HR Analytics, AI-enabled HR tools, and digital employee experience platforms.
  • Utilize people analytics for strategic workforce decisions.
  • Champion innovation and technology adoption across HR functions.
