We’re looking for a strong business finance leader (CA only) to partner closely with founders in scaling a fast-growing consumer business across D2C, retail, and operations. The role will drive business finance, profitability, FP&A, working capital, and commercial decision-making across channels.

Ideal Profile

• Qualified CA with ~6–12 years of experience
• Experience in business finance / FP&A / commercial finance roles within D2C, retail, omnichannel, Q-commerce, or consumer businesses
• Strong understanding of retail/store economics, contribution margins, inventory management, and cash flow cycles
• Ability to work cross-functionally with growth, category, supply chain, and operations teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high ownership
• Strong analytical rigor with ability to convert data into actionable business insights
• Prior experience working closely with founders / leadership teams is preferred

• Business finance and FP&A across D2C and offline retail channels
• Budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and business performance tracking
• Inventory planning, margin optimization, and working capital management
• Driving profitability and operational efficiency across business units
• Supporting strategic projects, expansion initiatives, and investor reporting
