Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division for an Audit and Taxation Executive. The role involves performing financial audits, preparing and reviewing financial statements, evaluating compliance with tax regulations including Income Tax and GST, conducting financial analysis, and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Qualifications

CA SEMI QUALIFIED OR FINAL PASSED

• Proficient in Auditing and expertise in analyzing financial statements
• Experience of Handling tax compliances under Income Tax Act and Goods and Services Act ( Eg. ITR filing, TDS returns filings, GST returns filing and reconciliations etc. )
• Strong Finance and Analytical Skills to evaluate data and support decision-making
• Effective Communication skills to convey insights and collaborate with teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• CA qualification is an advantage
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations applicable in India ( Eg. RERA, Trust laws, Co-operative Laws, Corporate laws, FEMA etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in working within a professional services firm is a plus
