On Pay role of: Glochem Industries Private Limited
Qualifications:
o CA Inter or CMA or MBA finance
o 4–6 years of experience in plant finance, costing, and AP processes.
o Prior experience in accounting and tax is preferred.
o Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
o Familiarity with GST, cost audit requirements, and inventory accounting.
o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a plant environment.
Role overview
The Assistant Finance Manager – Plant Operations is responsible for supporting the financial activities of the manufacturing plant, with a focus on costing, plant-level financial control and accounting . This role ensures accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, and compliance with internal controls.
Responsibilities
Plant Finance Support:
o Assist in monitoring and controlling plant-level expenses and budgets.
o Support monthly and quarterly plant financial reviews and variance analysis
o Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure financial alignment with production activities.
Costing & Inventory Management:
o Assist in maintaining standard costing systems and updating cost rates periodically.
o Support inventory valuation and reconciliation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Accounting & Tax Support
o Support AP processes including invoice verification, GRN matching, and vendor reconciliations.
o Coordinate with procurement and vendors to resolve discrepancies and improve payment cycles.
o Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis.
