Key Responsibilities
Source APIs and excipients for US/EU Oral and Topical formulation development projects.
Source critical APIs and excipients for Injectable and Inhalation formulations through development up to launch stage.
Manage end-to-end sourcing for FTF (First-to-File) projects involving short development timelines.
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with API/excipient suppliers across relevant markets.
Arrange FOC samples as per formulation development requirements.
Process CDA / Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements with suppliers.
Maintain accurate raw material and vendor records.
Coordinate Supply Agreements and DMF availability at defined project milestones.
Coordinate with internal R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and other stakeholders regarding regulatory queries, documentation, and submissions.
Track and maintain pricing, benchmarking, and NPL project data.
Ensure timely availability and delivery of critical APIs/excipients for development projects.
Support vendor negotiations and commercial evaluation while maintaining project timelines.
Manage sourcing activities across US, EU, Canada, ROW, WHO, Domestic, and China markets, as applicable.
